They provide a pretty good service.

They are rubbish. I can't get an appointment but the surgery is always empty. Last Friday I rang at 8am and there were already no appointments. I pressed 1 to get a call back and was triaged. They told me they would sort an appointment but as I had a UTI I only needed antibiotics. They said someone would call back later but they didn't so I went in and nobody would see me. They just told me to come back on Monday or call 111. Patches doesn't work either especially for elderly patients. You fill out the form and still don't get an appointment.

Difficult to get a GP appointment, you have to ring at 8am, they offer online appointments but I'm unable to use that service. The reception staff are good.

The online appointment system is okay for me to use but it can be hard for older people. I can usually get appointments for my mum and dad but having to fill it out at a certain time isn't ideal.

When I'm not well my mom or dad book me an appointment to see the doctors. The doctors here are nice.

I can never get through on the telephone so I visit the surgery in person. The receptionists are lovely and very helpful. The surgery is really pushing for people to use Patches, but I cannot use it. I am 80 and I have no idea how to use the internet and to be honest I have no interest in using it.

My experience of using Patches to book appointments has been mixed. While I have been successful in my most recent request, in the past it has not helped me get an appointment and I have had to seek care elsewhere. I have managed to get an appointment this time which is pleasing and I hope this good service continues.

My recent experience was very good. I used Patches and received a telephone call within a couple of hours booking my appointment at Yew Tree Surgery. It is not the normal surgery I visit but it was no problem and my appointment went well. Access to face to face appointments has definitely been made easier with Patches.

My experience of the GPS surgeries before the introduction of Patches had not been great. In the past 5 years I had managed to secure two telephone consultations but had not seen a GP face to face. It has been much easier to get a face to face appointment using Patches and I am very happy with the service that I have received. I have been able to get an appointment for my 5 year old with no problems. I hope this improved service continues.

Prior to the introduction of the Patches system my experience was horrible. It was difficult to get through on the telephone and book an appointment. Patches has been amazing and I have been able to use the system to secure appointments for myself and my children.
